Product Description

Hybrid Battery Charge Discharge Testing and Maintenance System DSF2010PRO-40 is suitable for capacity testing, charging characteristic testing, capacity grading matching, balance maintenance of NiMH, NiCd, Li-ion and lead acid batteries. Accurately detect the actual performance status of the battery and provide detailed test data. DSF2010 isolated detection technology can determine the location of the defective battery without dismantling the battery pack. The device can perform balanced charge and discharge maintenance on the battery pack to restore the battery pack to a normal balance state. It has a built-in intelligent battery temperature control system that monitors the battery temperature and controls charging to ensure the safety of the test. The DSF2010PRO-40 is composed of eight DSF2010Pro-8s and one testing cabinet which is capable of testing and maintaining a battery pack consisting of 40 battery modules or cells in one go, thereby significantly enhancing the efficiency of battery detection and maintenance.

A single PC can simultaneously manage multiple devices of various models of DK series device, which can be connected via a switch to form a multi-channel testing system to complete the testing and maintenance of the entire battery pack at once.


The equipment is widely used in the testing, maintenance and rebuilding of hybrid vehicle batteries and electric vehicle batteries. Particularly suitable for testing, maintaining and rebuilding Ni-MH batteries in hybrid vehicles such as Honda, Toyota, Lexus, Nissan, Ford, etc.



Multiple testing systems connected to the same computer can be configured to form a testing cluster, thereby fulfilling the requirements for simultaneous testing and maintenance of a large number of battery packs.

DSF2010PRO is suitable for Ni-MH battery modules, Ni-MH battery cells, Li-ion battery modules, Li-ion battery cells, lead-acid batteries, lead-acid battery cells within its voltage detection range 1V-20V, which can provide battery testing and maintenance support for electric and hybrid vehicles, it can be applicable to all cars as long as the battery's minimum replaceable unit is within its voltage testing range.
