The SF200 Storage Battery Charging Discharging Analyzer Tester is a high-precision battery performance testing device that integrates charging and discharging, automatic cycling, test data analysis, consistency comparison and other functions. Users can configure charging and discharging parameters based on specific battery specifications, making it suitable for the testing and maintenance of various types of batteries within its voltage detection range. The equipment features an automatic charge-discharge cycling function with a maximum cycle number of 50 times. Upon installation of the DK specialized software, comprehensive test data can be generated. This software enables detailed analysis and evaluation of test results, automatically generates charge-discharge characteristic curves, and supports exporting test reports for storage and further reference, thereby providing users with a reliable basis for assessing battery performance.

This instrument serves as a specialized precision testing and maintenance tool designed for battery manufacturers, electric vehicle producers and their distributors, as well as electric vehicle service providers. It finds extensive application in battery production, routine maintenance, after-sales service, research and development, battery repair service and other fields. It is an indispensable piece of device for ensuring the reliable and safe operation of batteries while maximizing their lifespan.

The device supports two operational modes: Panel and Software. Upon installation of the designated software, the device can be managed and operated via a computer for various functions, including charge-discharge configuration, data sampling, test report import/export, analysis of test data, and generation of charge-discharge curves. Additionally, a single computer can simultaneously manage multiple devices through the use of a switch.

* The parameter setup and parameter switching are set and switched by a "START" switch and a "SET" knob. All parameters (voltage, current, mode) settings have the saving function.
* Intelligent speed fan can run continuously, delay the power-off of the fan, and blow off the remaining heat.
* Multiple protection functions, such as reverse connection protection, over-voltage and over-current protection, over-temperature protection, etc.
* The work steps can automatically switch according to the set parameters and have automatic cycle charge and discharge function
* Data protection startup: If the connection cables disconnect from the battery during the charging and discharging, after reconnecting the cables with the battery, press and hold the "Start" button to continue working.
